  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled at no charge before they have been shipped. If your order has not been dispatched and you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at info@rozalina-design.com.
  • After Shipment: Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled as it is already on its way to you. However, you can return the item to us after receiving it, in accordance with our Return Policy.

2. Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized orders made to your specifications cannot be canceled once production has begun. We start working on your custom orders as soon as possible, so it's important to contact us immediately if you need to cancel such an order.

3. Cancellation by RCA Shop

RCA Shop reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or if fraud is suspected. We will notify you if this happens and will offer a full refund, including any shipping charges.

4. Refunds

For canceled orders, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
